Return To Presence: A Somatic Breathwork Journey

Somatic Breathwork is a powerful, guided practice designed to help you release stress, tension, and emotional blocks stored in the body. Through intentional breath patterns, you’ll calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and gently let go of what no longer serves you.
If you’ve been stuck in your head, weighed down by stress or old patterns, or feeling disconnected from yourself, this session offers a safe space to reset. Using the breath as a gateway, you’ll access deeper states of release and clarity—leaving with a lighter body, calmer mind, and a renewed sense of self.
You’ll also walk away with a simple breath practice you can use anytime to regulate your emotions, shift your state, and return to presence whenever life feels overwhelming.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, stuck, or disconnected, this is your invitation to reset, recharge, and step forward with a clearer mind and a calmer nervous system.
What to Bring
Comfy clothes, eye mask, yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow, blanket, journal, and water.
If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler.

Through breathwork, shadow work, movement, and grounded conversation, we remember who we are—together.
