  3. Emotions: The emotional responses tied to these beliefs.

  4. Limiting Beliefs: The beliefs formed as a result of the original event.

    • Example: "I must be perfect to be loved," "It's not safe to express my feelings," "I don't deserve happiness."

  5. Original Event: The initial trauma or event.

    • Example: Childhood neglect, a significant loss, a traumatic incident.
